Your Role

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage intranet and internet websites.
  • Execute day-to-day content management tasks, check pages for accuracy and consistency, and identify broken or missing links.
  • Develop web pages in the existing infrastructure with high focus on quality.
  • Edit simple visuals related to the communications, consistently and in accordance with the visual guidelines and best practices.
  • Run analytic reports and share insights with the client.
  • Advise and propose recommendations to improve the intranet/internet websites content based on the best web based practices.
  • Mainly accountable of maintaining Client satisfaction, focus on quality and manage client expectations.

 

 

PROFILE

  • 1-3 years of experience in maintaining corporate communication websites.
  • Strong experience in web content management and simple graphic design.
  • Experience in working with Content Management Systems (ideally Microsoft SharePoint).
  • Good experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Understanding of JavaScript integration.
  • Good practice of Adobe Photoshop.

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.
  • Quality oriented.
  • Able to take initiatives and collaborate closely with others.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and set priorities between multiple tasks.
