As the company enters the 10th year milestone, it continues the rapid pace expansion, opening new offices in Japan, Scotland and South Africa that further enforce its international network’s strength.This was also a great year for awards, as the group's key people have won prizes such as The Adam Smith Awards organized by Treasury Today, Les Trophées Leaders de la Finance, 3 awards of Universum (4th fastest growing company, 10th for corporate transparency, among 130 Most attractive companies) and being named as part of the 100 personalities of Swiss Romandie !

Following the same ascendant evolution, the Group’s activities have been supported by the expansion of the offices in 7 countries and three new office openings in Ivory Coast, Brazil and Morocco. The Group consolidated its CSR efforts by launching the Amaris Foundation and as a confirmation of the strong development, the company was rewarded multiple important awards.

The year marks the expansion of the Group’s activities on the fifth continent, with a new office opening on the African market, in Mauritius. This action provided the ability to support the customers’ activities 24 hours a day and was supplemented with 6 new office openings in Toronto, Toulouse, Lille, Valencia, Brindisi and Bangalore.

With an accelerated international expansion, Amaris acquires Thales SAP subsidiary in Italy and opens 7 new offices (Istanbul, Dublin, Athens, Ho Chi Minh, Stuttgart, Bologna and San Francisco), reaching a total presence in 40 countries. The highlights of the year also include the launch of Inneraction, a new company specialized in training, coaching and consulting for executives.

The year brought major projects and an acquisition was finalized, that of Thales Information Systems & Austria CEB. The company expanded its activities to Asia and Middle East with office openings in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai and consolidated its presence in Europe with a subsidiary in Milan. A total of 40 subsidiaries worldwide support the activities of the company’s clients.

The Group opened a subsidiary in München (Germany) and finalized its strategic presence in Europe. Also, new activities have been launched in France with the purpose of following the development of activities across country in the medium term. Following the expansion of activities, the company surpassed the 500 employee threshold.

On the heels of its success, Amaris opened five new subsidiaries: Belfort (France), Basel & Zurich (Switzerland), and Turin & Rome (Italy). During the first quarter, operational activities were launched in Luxembourg and Amaris further developed its technological activity in Switzerland. The Group now has activities in 10 countries and employs over 400 people.

The Group’s European network was reinforced by opening activities in Brussels (Belgium), Strasbourg (France), Barcelona (Spain), and London (United Kingdom). In addition, two new subsidiaries were opened in South America, Mexico and in Russia. 
Amaris, which reached 200 employees, also expanded its activities to the USA.

Amaris was founded as a business consulting company specialized in management and technologies by two engineers, a lawyer and a financial expert. Implementing a strategy of international development, the project took a wide-ranging scope from the beginning and Amaris simultaneously settled its activities in Switzerland (Geneva), France (Lyon) and across the English Channel (London).
